Refund policy

Cancellation and Returns: We handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. Our philosophy is to deal with customers fairly and reasonably. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly at robert@altdistrohub.com within 48 hours. We will provide a prepaid return label for unopened packages. Upon receipt of the returned package, a full refund will be issued. Please be aware that opened products cannot be returned.

Return Policy: We can only accept returns for unopened and unused products.

Replacement Policy: We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction. In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at robert@altdistrohub.com with a written request. We will promptly arrange for a one-time replacement of equal value. Kindly note, we may request photos of the damaged or defective product for verification purposes.

Refunds: Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
